We offer 3 different kinds of service packages:
- Moth Orchid Service: A traditional cleaning service that includes cleaning, general dusting, disinfecting of all bathrooms, and cleaning floors. In the kitchen, the exterior of appliances and cabinets are cleaned as well.
- Cattleya Orchid Service: A deeper cleaning service: recommended for clients moving in or out of their residences, first time cleaning services, and one time services only. This service includes the Moth Orchid Service plus the cleaning of the interior of appliances and cabinets.
- Spotted Orchid Service: This service is designed to meet your needs. For example, if you require a single room cleaning or have a specialty request, a package and price will be tailored specifically to fit your unique needs. Quotes available upon request.
We will tailor the service upon request. We usually send two professionals to clean your home for our service packages. However, depending on your needs, we will determine staffing based on the scope of the service requested.
Yes, all cleaning products are provided by Orchid Cleaning Service. We only ask that our clients provide one roll of paper towel and enough garbage bags for the scope of the cleaning services. If our clients prefer that we utilize their products we are more than willing to make those accommodations.
**Please note that we will only go to any location for a minimum of 2 hours of service time due to the costs of commuting and gas prices. This Chart is an estimate, based on a client’s home or office in average condition.
If service time takes less than the average, both parties will benefit as the service will be complete. If additional time is required, there will be ample communication to allow our client to be aware and ultimately be the one to make the decision as to proceed.
Our professionals will begin with the bathrooms and kitchen. We will then move on to dusting and complete with finishing the floors. Our focus is attacking the areas of the home that require the most attention first. By completing the floors last, all dirt and dust that was shifted during the service will be completely cleaned as it has ultimately settled on the ground.
Currently we charge the following fees:
- Moth Orchid Service (Regular Cleaning): $64 per hour
- Cattleya Orchid Service (Deep Cleaning): $64 / 70 per hour
- Spotted Orchid Service (A la Cart Menu): Quoted based on the request of clients.
